Refining Challenges


Routine:
Jump Squat Challenge and legs 
5 min squat jumps

2 rounds:
20 pendulum leg swings
10 burpees
20 run jumps
10 burpees
30 skater lunge, bring leg back then forward side crunch with opposite arm
10 burpees
30 squat side touch down
